How is my order shipped?
Order are shipped between Monday – Friday, except Indonesian Public Holiday. Shipping method is by this following courier
Local shipping : Sicepat Express Indonesia
International shipping : Citylink Express Indonesia and DHL
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
We shipped your order 1- 2 days after confirmed the payment. Local shipping take 1-10 days work and International Shipping take 3-14 days work, but it depends on your state, city, and country destination. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of CRYBABYCRY GOODS. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier.
What are your delivery charges?
Please take note that our delivery charges is depends on your destination. For local shipping is based on your destination districts and for International shipping based on your state and post code destination.

I would like to change my order. What should I do?
If you would like to change your order, please contact us via Whatsapp +62811-2251-508 for the fastest and urgently respon. But if there’s aren’t any stock for the item that you want, we can not do refund in any kind and reason.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched after we receive the payment confirmation.

The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on the exchange rate at the time your bank processes the transaction.
